ethnikStory will accept, for Return or Exchange, items that are in absolute new condition, unused and unworn, free from damages and unaltered. For Full Refund or Exchange, the product has to be mailed back within 07 days of receipt of the same, since International shipping is costly and time taking.

Most of our Products are hand crafted with Love, so buyers should not expect machine finished look, as the very nature of the product has to be natural and rustic. But since they are handcrafted, they are unique. So would appreciate customers to give a thought to artisans efforts before deciding to return the items.

Items cannot be returned or refund request acceptable post 07 days of receipt of the items. Items should be returned in their original packing.
